Jan Louenn L. Lumanta

His experience working with the government provides him with valuable insight and a wide network of contacts particularly in the transfer of mineral production sharing agreements, processing of mineral processing permit applications, and representations before the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the Mines and Geosciences Bureau.

Jan has shared his legal knowledge by giving lectures on tax compliance for MSMEs, tax reform, violence against women and children, anti-child abuse, reproductive health, and marriage.
