BIR Memorandum Circular 104-2017

The BIR has issued Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 104-2017, dated December 28, 2017, circularizing the official copy of Republic Act No. 10963 (the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion or TRAIN Law), and the vetoed provisions thereof. See attached copy of the circular.
