Richelle H. Orpilla
Richelle graduated with honors from the University of Santo Tomas -Faculty of Civil Law in 2015, placing fourth in her batch. During the 2016 National Elections, she gained significant experience in election law, having assisted in the successful campaign of Vice President Leni Robredo.
