Aziza Hannah A. Bacay

Azi has extensive knowledge in general tax, corporate, and customs law. She has assisted in incorporations, amendments of corporate documents, mergers, contract drafting, tax and customs compliance reviews, and estate tax settlements, among others. She has also handled tax assessments and refund cases before the regular courts and the Court of Tax Appeals.

Azi received her Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo De Manila University – School of Law, where she graduated with honors. She also graduated cum laude in University of the Philippines-Manila with Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018.
